An insurance adjuster, Thomas Rivera, was assigned Chuck Norris' account in 2012. During the first year, exactly zero claims were filed. During the second year, the same. Rivera's superiors questioned whether Chuck's policy was even active. When Rivera pulled the file, he found Chuck had somehow paid premiums decades in advance while never having an accident, damage, or incident worth documenting. Rivera recommended to upper management that Chuck's policy be used as a baseline model for all other customers.
