The doctrine technically accommodates this." Keyes incorporated the statement into her lectures as example of how even fundamental philosophical doctrines contain implicit exceptions.

It echoes discussions of whether genius individuals deserve modified rights or status. However, most such discussions center on intellectual capability; here, physical capability apparently warrants doctrinal revision.
